NEW TO ST BARTS?
WHAT TIME DOES CHURCH START?
Our main Sunday gatherings are at 10.30am and 6:30pm (doors open at 6.00pm for refreshments).
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
In the morning most people dress relatively formally. In the evening service it's more informal – either way feel free to wear what you like!
WHERE CAN I PARK?
There is free parking on Church Road and the surrounding local roads. Buses are also easily accessible.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?
When you come in you will be welcomed by our host team. At our main Sunday services there will be some singing, a Bible-based talk and a chance to pray. You are very welcome to just come in and watch what is going on if you would prefer and engage as much as you like.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING A SERVICE?
Our services are introduced by one of our church leaders and start with a time of celebration and sung worship. Our morning service follows the standard Anglican liturgy whilst Barts@6 is less formal. At either service you should feel free to engage at your own pace, even if that means not singing at all.
WHAT ABOUT MY KIDS?
We have supervised groups for children from nursery school age to school year 6 during our 10.30am service. Click here to find out more. Our kids team will be there to answer any questions. There is a dedicated space with toys for parents with babies and children who wish to remain in the main service area.
