The COVID-19 pandemic has brought significant restrictions on our life together as a church community. Though we are now able to open our doors for public worship again, we are very concerned to do so in a way that is safe, and that does not unintentionally exclude any members of our community.
To ensure that our services are COVID-secure, please observe the following protocols when you enter the church building:
Sanitise your hands on entry. There is also hand sanitiser available at the exit.
Adhere to our one-way system for entry and exit.
Keep a 2m distance from anyone not in your immediate household or bubble.
Sit in a pew without a runner (i.e. one that has only bare wood – this makes it easier for us to keep the church clean); these are spaced at 2m intervals.
Leave the service immediately if you begin to feel unwell.
Wear a face covering at all times, except when receiving communion (which will be brought to you in your seat).
Leave via the rear door of the church promptly when invited to do so at the end of the service, and not stop to talk with other worshippers.
Fill in the contact tracing form and leave it in the basket indicated as you leave (please leave orders of service on the pew).
If you have any questions whatsoever about our Sunday services, please get in touch.
As a church we are eager to offer support and practical help to any in our community who may need it.
- Food shopping
- Picking up medicines
- Checking in by phone
- Help getting online
We also want to work with others looking to serve in these and other ways.

We continue to gather on Tuesday and Thursday lunchtimes via Zoom to pray for our nation, city, parish and church community; see our daily email (available through the contact form) for more information.
If you are worried about coronavirus and would like someone to pray with you, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any concerns, or if you need any help or assistance.
